I used to think key concepts were my sole responsibility, but now I think that it's essential to collaborate with other subjects.

I used to think we have to help the students more to develop their inquiries, but now I think that the students need to be more independent and that they can be in charge.

I used to think the 8 Key Concepts were there to supplement things, but now I think that they are a major framework for PYP and they can help you plan activities and other things that happen throughout the Unit.

I used to think that projects had to look perfect and that the outcome had to be perfect, but now I think that the learning and the process are the most important!
